How does our mobile system work?

JC Enviro Blasting abrasive blasters are ideal for blasting in areas where dust and containment are concerns. Wet and vapor abrasive blast systems employ a mixture of water, air, and abrasive to clean and remove surface contaminants and coatings. This method is ideal for surface preparation and provides a cleaner surface with little to no embedded particles or clinging dust.

The main advantage of vapor abrasive blasting over sand blasting is that it reduces dust, allowing for operators to work in a wide range of environments with minimal setup and cleanup costs. It results in a cleaner, more consistent finished, ready to coat, with no embedded particles or clinging dust.

Mobile To Serve You

Our unit is setup to blast 200 feet from the blasting unit. Prior to your service, please ensure you have room for us to enter with our mobile unit. We need accesss to water and a friendly reminder to notify your neighbor about the noise.

The advantages of using an abrasive blaster over dry sandblasting are numerous, but the top benefit is you’ll eliminate up to 92% of airborne dust, while also saving on cleanup and disposal costs.

Because water is mixed with the abrasive, there is no dust plume or ignitable sparks. This allows you to blast in open environments, even when others are working nearby. Plus, you will save money on containment and cleanup costs.

Media refers to materials that do not create a surface profile upon impact. These include both inorganic and organic materials. Abrasives include any blasting material that creates a surface profile (or anchor pattern) upon impact. We mainly use glass but can blast with sand. walnut shells. Garnett. And soda.

Our machine has an emergency air shut off and we can run pneumatic lines to run our machine safely.

We are set up to get 200 feet from the blasting unit.

We use the best in the business! Built to last and proven quality systems powered by Graco Industries.
